Sunil George - Founder and Director

Sunil George, the Founder Director of Stimulus Consulting, has over 20 years of experience in Management Training across a cross-section of industries.

In December 1996, he was nominated among the top 3 Human Resource Managers in India for the H & FS award for excellence in hospitality. In January 1997 he moved into Apex Training Services as a Trainer Consultant and was actively involved in customized Corporate Training in a variety of disciplines across the country. He is an MBA, and trains the best of Corporate Houses across Asia-Pacific.

During March 2004, he was awarded the Rashtriya Rattan Award from the Global Economic Council. During Sep 2008, he was awarded for securing the highest average score across Essential Skills conducted by GE Global Learning. He is also a 'CBA' - Certified Behavioral Analyst and facilitates behavioral analysis using DISC profiling

After being Crotonville Certified, he spends the majority of his time on Leadership projects across different GE businesses.

Rajanga Sivakumar

BE in Electronics and Communication.  Over four years experience in teaching and research at IIT (Mumbai).  He has over 30 years HP experience.  

He was part of the team that pioneered the formation of HP India and setting up of manufacturing headed by HP India founding President Suresh Rajpal in 1988/89.  

He headed the team that spearheaded the preparation of the application for the CII Business Excellence Award in 1997.  HP India was the first recipient of this prestigious award.  HP India was also one of the HP sites to receive the HP President's Quality Award in 1998.

Presently he is perusing several independent assignments in the different areas of Business Excellence.

He has had the opportunity to be part of the teams that assessed ICIM (Fujitsu), TISCO and HINDALCO and as senior assessor for several organizations including AT&S (Nanjangud),), BHEL (Tiruchi), Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Plant, Titan, L&T (ECC), NDPL-Delhi, GCPL, Godrej Locks Division, MNYL, Crompton Greaves and Tinplate Company.

He has also been associated as advisor at different times with HP eGlobal, Trigyn Technologies, Tecnova India, several BHEL Units, Vestas India, KPCL-Pune, Bosch India, Ace Designers etc.

He has also done assignments for many other companies including HP India, BFW, BEL, Manipal Group, Anand Group companies etc. He was part of the CII team which did an assessment of the processes in Tata Motors in March 2006.

Kiran Somnath

Kiran Somanath comes with 20 years of experience in varied fields of Training and Development.

He handles the training operations at Stimulus, as Head - Training. Beyond handling the operations from Bangalore, he also is the process owner for emerging markets in other major cities across India.

B G Miskin

Miskin comes with a wide ranging experience of over two decades. Before he plunged into whole time training & development, he was associated with the banking industry for eight years. While he was in the Banking too he was actively involved in mentoring and in-house training and development activities. .

Presently he heads the Organizational Development function at Stimulus.

Miskin is Assess International certified professional in Strategic Competency Modeling and Competency Framework. He is also a Certified Behavior Analyst.

After being Croton Ville certified, he is largely involved in Leadership Essentials Projects across different GE Businesses. He is also Faculty, India Frontline Leaders’Academy – GE.

Training and people development has always been his passion. He has delivered programs on Train the trainer, Managerial Development, Performance Management, Leadership Skills, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Team Dynamics & Development, Conflict Resolution, Enhancing Personal Productivity, Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Relations, Communication for Business Transformation, Influencing Skills etc.

Brian Verghese

Brian Verghese is a professional trainer in multiple disciplines.

Brian has had a long tenure with Stimulus, before he followed his inner calling, to contribute to society. He was associated with Target Training Services based at Evoma Hotel, helping them with a noble cause of training street kids and making them employable. He was also heading the training function of the hotel.

With Stimulus, Brian has trained corporate professionals on various skills like Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Customer Service & Relationship Management, Time Management, Leadership Skills etc. He has also developed a reputation among corporate clients as a Team Building expert. Owing to his exposure of living in various countries of Europe, USA and Africa; he is also known for his Cultural Sensitivity & Global Business Etiquette workshops.

Brian has a diploma in Hotel management from England and has obtained accredited Certificates of professionalism from the City and Guilds of the London Institute in Advanced Service Techniques, Professional catering and Advanced Communication skills. He has added to his educational qualifications by obtaining a Masters degree in English Literature.

He spent many years working in Sweden, France and England before moving back to India, where he was an operational manager at the Holiday Inn, Bangalore. He has served as Project Manager for Catering to the United Nations Aided Mission in Rwanda, where he was awarded a Special Certificate of Appreciation from the Force Commander for services rendered to the United Nations Peace Keeping forces.

He has the distinction of writing a reference book "Professional Food and Beverage Service Management" which was published by Macmillan India Limited, and which is now being used by Hotel Management colleges all over India.

As professional training is of interest to him, he has expanded his repertoire to include all training modules that bear relevance to the growth and development of enthusiastic young professionals working in a modern business environment. Dr. BALAKRISHNA JAYASIMHA (BK) PhD.

Experience of over 19 years of which 12 years as an organizational development/coaching/behavioral training mentor with a track record of producing consistent results for more than 30 National and International organizations across varied industry domains. A strong corporate facilitation background in the field of Behavioral and Experiential Training. He has worked with world renowned organizations like Dale Carnegie.

Imtiyaz Tinmaker

Imtiyaz is part of Stimulus team as Manager – Unleash, a subsidiary brand of Stimulus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He comes with 8 years of extensive experience in training and institutional marketing.

He started his training career with an objective to learn more and spread more knowledge. He has been a resourceful person for many corporate and educational institutions, and has conducted a variety of workshops in the field of people skills.

He has trained participants from various functions like engineers, managers, businessmen, BPO employees, business development managers, professionals and college lecturers. As a consultant, he was associated with some of the best corporate houses like SAP Labs, Capgemini, Mphasis, Infosys, Wipro, Vanguard, CLI3L and Firstsource catering to their training and recruitment needs.

He was awarded the Best Trainer by Infosys BPO for receiving highest trainees’ feedback in Q4 of 2009. He has received a rating of 4.8 (out of 5) consistently batch after batch. He is an MBA in HR.

Roshni Subbaiah

Roshni Subbaiah has over twenty years of industry experience. She spent many years with NIS-a Division of NIIT, marketing education and training solutions. She then worked with ING Life and Talisma Support Services where she was heading the training function. It was here she realized her passion was to design and deliver training programs. Hence the move into the role of a Learning consultant.

She has an MBA with a dual specialization in HR & Marketing from RMIT-Melbourne, Australia, Honors in Software & systems Management from NIIT and a Bachelor of Hotel Management from the Welcomgroup School.

Roshni is Certified in the MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) & FIRO-B from Asianic Psychologists Press (APPIL). She is currently pursuing her Professional Development Program with ISABS. She is also a certified trainer with Accenture.

Her experience and expertise in the area of Communication and Leadership has enabled participants to transition seamlessly into their roles in the organizations she has partnered with.
