Stimulus Intenational Operations
We handle International operations, through our office in Dubai. This office, located at Bank Street in Dubai, has a full-fledged training room and state of the art training infrastructure. We also have a resident Trainer and a Consultant for Business Development, based in this office. The joint venture with the local partner in Dubai is called Careerline - Stimulus
In recent years there has been a significant shift in the focus of training in the Middle East. The emphasis has moved from getting the bottom line to a focus on training and how best to promote learning.
Depending on the situation within an organization, Careerline trainers perform a number of functions. What unites these functions however, is that they are all, in some way, involved with helping people to learn and develop.
The work areas linked to these primary objectives are:
Our approach to training is holistic and long term.
- Identifying training needs, gathering and processing information on these needs.
- Designing training events.
- Preparing for training events.
- In-room training sessions.
- Instruction other than face-to-face through distance or 'open learning'.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Careerline is concerned with providing information and improving skills in these specific work areas.
